On March 13, the delegation of the RF FA Council of Federation Committee on International Affairs led by the Committee Chair Konstantin Kosachev accompanied by the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Armen Ashotyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

The members of the delegation laid a wreath at the monument eternalizing the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims, put flowers at the eternal fire and honoured the memory of the holy martyrs with a minute of silence.

They had also been at the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and got acquainted with the exhibits. Konstantin Kosachev left a note in the Book of Honourable Guests.
