Distinguished Mr Babloyan,

On behalf of the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic and personally me I warmly congratulate you and our colleagues of the parliament of the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of May heroic battles and the 100th anniversary of the declaration of the First Republic of Armenia.

A century ago in Sardarapat, Bash-Aparan and Gharakilisa the Armenian people stood for their future, which was announced by the declaration of the First Republic of Armenia on May 28.

A statehood was reborn, which embodied the desires and goals of a thousand-year nation, with national unity returning the right of living in their independent fatherland, the victory won in Artsakh freedom fighting and formation of the Armenian victorious army.

On these glorious festivities, once again congratulating you on the rebirth of the Armenian statehood I wish you steadfast will and effective efforts for the strengthening of the Motherland and Artsakh and welfare of all Armenians.
