On June 4, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan and Gagik Minasyan the Annual Report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2017 was debated, which related to the execution sheets of the revenues and expenditures of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, the RA Police and the RA National Security Service.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan noted that the financing from the state budget of the abovementioned spheres in the last year was implemented on time and in full volume.

The RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ara Nazaryan, the Head of the RA Police adjunct to the Government, the RA National Security Director Artur Vanetsyan presented the financial means of the sphere for 2017.

The questions addressed to the speakers were related to the extra-budgetary expenditures, the purposefulness of the speedometres and video devices, the activities of the anti-hailing service, the rise of the salaries in the relevant spheres and other problems.

The execution sheets of the revenues and expenditures of the RA Ministry of Defense and the state reserve were debated behind the closed doors.
