On July 6, the working group convened the next sitting created for the reforms of the electoral legislation from the representatives of the RA NA RPA, ARF, Tsarukyan and Yelq/Way out Factions, which moderated the Member of the RA NA Yelq Faction Edmon Marukyan.

Sergey Bagratyan from the RA NA Tsarukyan Faction has presented to his colleagues for debate about one and a half recommendations, several of which will not be debated in the future, as it was found out later as a result of debate, in some other formulations are available in the RA Electoral Code. Some others coincided with the recommendations of Yelq and ARF Factions, which would not be repeated.

The Faction also proposed to revise the punitive measures designed for the electoral crimes by the Criminal Code.

It is envisaged that the liaison representatives of the working group from the RA government will take part in the next sitting of the working group.
