On October 3, at the beginning of the RA NA regular sitting the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan informed that 41 deputies were registered and necessary number of quorum was not provided.

The Speaker of the parliament has informed that under Part 4 of Article 51 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, the registration continues before the registration of the necessary number of deputies, but not more than four hours. In case of providing the authority of the sitting in the mentioned term, the moderator informs the MPs about the beginning of the sitting, and in case of not providing it the sitting are considered not held.

By 11:05 a quorum was provided, as 53 MPs were registered.

The legislative initiatives debated on the previous day were passed.

At the last sitting of the day, under the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, the members of the government answered the deputies’ questions.

Covering the agenda the parliament ended the work of the regular sittings.
