“Taking as a basis the proposal of the initiators of the extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia I make a decision:

“To make addendum to the NO-21-N decision of 23 October 2018 on convening extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and include in the agenda of the extraordinary sitting the draft law of the Republic of Armenia (first and second reading) on announcing pardon of the criminal cases on the occasion of the 2800^th anniversary of the establishment of Erebuni-Yerevan and the centenary of the declaration of the independence of the First Republic of Armenia,” the RA NA Speaker’s decision reads.
