On November 28, the participants of PABSEC Plenary Session visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

The guests laid flowers at eternal fire perpetuating the 1915 Armenian Genocide memory and paid tribute in silence to the memory of Holy Martyrs.

They were in the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with the documents proving the Genocide, observed the exhibits and left a note in the Book of Honourable Guests.

The member of the Russian Delegation to PABSEC, the deputy of the RF State Duma Nikolai Kolomeitsev noted: “It is necessary to have peace on the earth in order the genocides are not repeated. I believe people should much more think about future, than about the present, of course, not forgetting the past. Who forgets the past has no future.”
