On March 21, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs moderated by the Deputy Chair Ani Samsonyan the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Civil Procedure Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws, which presented the deputy Artak Davtyan. According to the Committee members, the debate was postponed up to two-month term.

The RA Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan and the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan presented the data and the achievements recorded in the sphere of protection of human rights mentioned in the report on the Procedure and Results of the RA Government Programme Implementation Approved by the N 581-A Decision of 1 June 2018 of the RA Government.

The RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan has underlined that the policy adopted by the government is based human rights.

The reports relating to the sphere were accepted as information.

On the same day at the sitting moderated by Mane Tandilyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs debated the executive sheet of the financial expenditures and the programmes implemented in the spheres of state revenues of the report om the Procedure and Results of the RA Government Programme Implementation.

The Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Davit Ananyan noted that during the last period works had been done on the efficiency assessment of tax and tax administration, the GDP and tax revenue base, the assessment of the influence on the Taxes/GDP structural changes of the tax base.

The speakers answered the deputies' questions, which related to the executive sheets of the implemented programmes and the problems existing in the spheres.
