On April 5, the RA National Assembly on Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and European Integration had a meeting with Sergey Minasyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Romania.
The Ambassador presented to the parliamentarians the current agenda of the Armenian-Romanian relations and the perspectives of its expansion, the present situation of the Armenian community and the Armenian cultural heritage in Romania, as well as the possibilities given for Yerevan-Bucharest direct flight launched recently.
The MPs were interested in the Armenian-Romanian cooperation potential in the spheres of education, culture, tourism and regional cooperation, as well as the role and influence of Romania within the framework of Armenia-EU cooperation.
