On June 6, the deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Hayk Konjoryan met with the members of the consortium program Youth Social Integration through Social Entrepreneurship of the Youth NGO of the European Students’ Forum Association of Yerevan, who are head experts of the leading institutions of Georgia, Belgium, Ukraine and Denmark.

The goal of the visit is to get acquainted with the reforms and developments occurring in our country.

The deputy presented the situation created in Armenia after the velvet revolution in Armenia, touched upon the snap parliamentary elections held on 9 December 2018 and the challenges of democracy development. Hayk Konjoryan talked about the economic development potential of Armenia, the transitional justice, the judicial system reforms, the RA-EU cooperation and the RA-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.

The speaker reflected upon the structure of the National Assembly, the parliamentary factions, the activities of the Standing Committees and the procedure of the discussion of the legislative initiatives.

The members of the organization highlighted the cornerstone role of the RA National Assembly in the state administration system.
