On June 18, within the framework of the Open Doors programme the students and lecturers of YSU Faculty of Law visited the parliament. The guests took a tour in the parliament building, observed the work of the regular sitting of the National Assembly and visited the museum.

The deputy of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction Taron Simonyan conducted an Open Lesson with them.

The meeting went on in Q & A session format. The deputy presented to the students the structure and the activity of the National Assembly, touched upon the order circulation of the legislative initiatives.

Taron Simonyan answered the students' numerous questions, which particularly related to the law, the inner and foreign policy of Armenia.

On the same day the representatives of Gyumri Youth Palace NGO and CASA Foundation functioning in Gyumri also visited the parliament.

The deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Nazeli Baghdasaryan met with them and detailed the MP's activity and touched upon the main functions of the parliament.

The young people were interested in the programmes to be expected concerning the sphere of education. They informed that with their initiative the works of cleaning and decorating of Gyumri Victory Park were implemented recently.

The guests also took a tour in the parliament building, observed the work of the regular sitting of the National Assembly and got familiarized with the history of the parliament in the museum.
