On June 25, the RA NA Vice President Vahe Enfiajyan on the initiative of the PAP Student’s Council met with the students of different higher educational institutions.

The representative of the legislative body touched upon the reforms going on in our country. Highlighting the role of the education in the progress of the country, the MP informed the students that the day before he discussed students’ exchange programmes with the delegation arrived from Vietnam.

The Vice President noted that they met with the candidates of the RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) and discussed the programmes they would debate in case of being elected, particularly how they would differ from the former members.

The meeting went on in Q & A format. The students particularly were interested in the issues relating to the education, transitional justice and customs clearance of the cars. They touched upon the number of the higher educational institutions in Armenia and the efficiency of their activity.

Vahe Enfiajyan urged the students to observe the events going on in parliament, the regular and extraordinary sittings of the National Assembly, to present recommendations to the NA Factions on this or that item.

According to the RA NA Deputy Speaker, similar meetings would be continuous.
