On September 4, the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport moderated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan endorsed the bill envisaging amendments and addenda to the law on Physical Culture and Sport authored by the deputies of the NA My Step Faction Artak Manukyan and Arsen Julfalakyan.

The key speaker Artak Manukyan noted that the great part of the proposals received from the RA Government was accepted from the first to the second reading.

According to Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the executive body affirmed by the programme of the Government has a goal to boost the repatriation and promote the integration process of Diaspora Armenians in Armneia. Taking into consideration the abovementioned and the new draft law to be created on Repatriation, the Committee formed a working group. The latter would meet with the scientific and professional circles of Armenia and Diaspora and repatriated families.
