On September 23, the RA National Assembly debated in the second reading and completely the RA draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the Government. The RA Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan informed that during the period from the first to the second reading amendments had been made in the draft law.

The deputy Artashes Petrosyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.

Delivering a speech the Member of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction Mane Tandilyan proposed the Government to give the data of the big entities to which sums would be returned from the state budget. The MP proposed the parliament to provide before voting the draft law.

The representatives of the RA NA factions noted that they would be consistent in returning the sums from the state budget, especially if they would be transferred to the organizations being in criminal prosecution.

As a result of voting, the draft law was adopted with 92 for votes.

Covering the agenda the parliament ended the work of the extraordinary sitting.
