On February 6, the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan signed a decision:

“Taking as a basis the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on convening an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020 at 13:00 and the decision NACD-009-L of 6 February 2020 of the National Assembly Council, being led by Part 1 of Article 100 of the Constitution and the Paragraph 2 of Part 8 of Article 41 of the Constitutional Law of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020 at 13:00 convene an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly with the initiator’s established following agenda:

1. The package of the draft law on Amending the Constitution (first reading).”
