On February 17, the Head of the Working Group on Tourism adjunct to the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, the deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Hripsime Grigoryan, the deputy of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction, the member of the Working Group Anna Kostanyan and the deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Sisak Gabrielyan met with a group of drivers working in the sphere of tourism.

Issues on tourism bus parking, as well as road traffic violation point system entered into force from 1 January 2020 were discussed.

Hripsime Grigoryan has noted that a small Working Group will be created, where MPs, representatives from other departments will be included and will try to practically solve the issues raised by the drivers. The version of extending the time of parking and the opportunity of amending the legislation are debated.

An agreement was reached to solve the problems during the short term.

Highlighting the role of tourism in the development of economy it has been underlined that the meetings in such format are effective variants of working out new proposals and new ways.
