On February 20-21 in Vienna the Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly took place, where the delegation of the RA National Assembly took part.
The Head of the RA NA Delegation, the Member of the NA My Step Faction Hayk Konjoryan delivered a speech in the Assembly.
