On March 19, the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan convened the regular sitting.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan presented for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on the RA Administrative Territorial Division and on Making Addendum and Amendment to the RA Law on Local Self-Government.

The draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Water Code was also debated in the first reading procedure presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Environment Vardan Melikyan.

The draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Law on Trade Services was debated.

The Deputy Minister presented comments in response to the questions.

The Committee endorsed the debated draft laws.

The legislative package on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government and on Making Addendum on the RA Budgetary System, the bills on Making Addendum to the Law on Advertisement and on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Law on Local Self-Government, which were endorsed.

The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on Local Self-Government was not endorsed.

The debates of the draft law on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government and the draft law on Responsible Attitude towards Animals and the enclosed legislative package were postponed for two months.
