On April 29, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia.

The draft law was passed in the first reading at 18 November 2019 RA NA sitting.

The Chair of the Standing Committee informed his colleagues that because of the emerged a number of items during the second reading the draft law was not endorsed and was moved to the phase of presenting the recommendations in written form.

As the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan has assured, as a result of joint work, the authors of the draft law accepted all recommendations made by the Government and a new revised version was completely presented .

The Committee members endorsed the draft law for including it in the draft law agenda of the upcoming regular sittings.
