At May 19 sitting moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Addendum and Amendments to the RA Code on Administrative Offences authored by the Government, presented by the Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan.

The RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction proposed the participants to make addendum to the draft law with transit provisions. As a result of voting, the member of the Committee Suren Grigoryan presented the united revised version of the recommendations, acceptable by the author, the government and the members of the Committee, taken part in the debate. Some technical editions were also proposed, and they were also accepted.

The Committee endorsed the legislative initiative revised with recommendations.
