On June 5, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security the annual executive papers by the RA Police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the National Security Service designed by the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2019 were debated moderated by Mane Tandilyan and Andranik Kocharyan.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan noted that during the financial year the financing from the state budget of the abovementioned spheres had been on time and in the whole volume.

As the Head of the RA Police Arman Sargsyan assured, 10 programmes were implemented in 2019. Due to the undertaken measures the operative situation, the stable public order and the security was preserved. In the disclosure of the continuous reduction of the criminality level and the disclosure of the crimes, the investment of the Patrol Police System was considered important.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ara Nazaryan informed that in 2019 the policy being pursued by the Government in the sphere was aimed at the reduction of the inborn and human-born disaster risk, the prevention and elimination of the possible consequences. The sphere was refurbished with modern technique and equipment.

The MPs’ questions addressed to the speakers related to the non-full implemented programmes during the financial year, their expediency, the shortcomings in the process of providing state number plates by the police, the provision of the fuel in the systems, the necessity of the prevention of the cyber-crimes and the solution of the problems existing in the spheres.

On the same day, at the closed sitting moderated by Mane Tandilyan and Andranik Kocharyan the executive papers of the budgets for 2019 of the RA Ministry of Defense and the state reserves were debated.
