The RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan informed that, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 108 of the Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, received petitions on giving consent to institute criminal prosecutions against the deputy of the RA National Assembly Gagik Tsarukyan from the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia and to deprive from liberty the deputy of the RA National Assembly Gagik Tsarukyan.
The item was included in the agenda of the regular sittings starting on June 16.
