At June 25 extraordinary sitting moderated by Babken Tunyan, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated in the second reading and endorsed the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the Government.

To prevent the abrupt growth of the tax burden a transition to a new system will be carried out during four years.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyna informed that after the first reading the deputies of the NA My Step Faction presented recommendations in written form. As the Deputy Minister assured, the executive body accepted the recommendations, as well as presented recommendations of editorial character. The Committee members expressed their position voting for it.
