At July 16 extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Varazdat Karapetyan, the draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the RA Law on State Non-Commercial Organizations was debated in the second reading.

The key speaker, the Chairman of the RA State Property Management Committee Narek Babayan once again highlighted the necessity of the adoption of the legislative initiative. He underlined that the process of providing the property tenancy fixed by the right to the free use of the State Non-Commercial Organizations would be legally regulated, which would be carried out by one united approach approved by the RA Government.

The Committee endorsed the draft law.
