On September 17, the RA National Assembly continued the work of the regular sittings.

On September 15, Artur Vagharshyan and Edgar Shatiryan elected as CC Judge sworn-in, according to the RA Law on Constitutional Court at the sitting of the National Assembly.

The CC newly elected judges also thanked the RA Speaker and the Government for nominating their candidacy in such important post and the parliament for giving a vote.

Afterwards the draft laws debated on the previous day and the RA NA draft decision on Proposing for the Discussion to the Prime Minister Item of the Further Tenure of the RA Minister Education, Science, Culture and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan put for voting, authored by the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction. The RA NA draft decision was not passed with 35 for, 84 against and 0 abstained. Before voting the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction has informed that they also join the initiative presented by the Bright Armenia Faction. The legislative initiatives were passed.

The parliament continued the debate of the draft law on Making Amendment and Addenda to the Law on State Non Commercial Organizations authored by the RA NA deputies Varzadat Karapetyan, Lilit Makunts, Heriknaz Tigranyan.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment endorsed the draft law, and the opinion of the RA Government was positive.

The legislative initiative on Amending the Law on Bankruptcy and on Amending the Law on Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts authored by the RA NA deputy Mikayel Melkumyan was debated in the second reading. The Government endorsed the package.

Afterwards the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Criminal Procedure, authored by the RA NA deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan and Sergey Atomyan. The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs endorsed the draft law.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Criminal Code authored by Alen Simonyan and Nikolay Baghdasaryan was also debated in the second reading. The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Rafik Grigoryan presented the positive opinion of the RA Government.

The RA NA deputy Suren Grigoryan presented for debate in the second reading the draft law on Making Addendum to the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure with the enclosed package.

The RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and the Government endorsed the draft law.

The RA Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Public Service.

The co-rapporteur the member of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Sisak Gabrielyan informed that the draft law was endorsed.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Arsen Ayvazyan presented for debate of the parliament the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on the RA Investigative Committee.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Sergey Atomyan informed that the draft law was endorsed and called on his colleagues to vote for it.

Afterwards the parliament discussed the draft law on Ratifying the Protocol on the Exchange of the Primary Electronic Data on the International Move of Transport Means and Goods between the RA State Revenue Committee and the Ministry of Finance. According to the Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee Edvard Hovhannisyan, the draft law was endorsed in the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs and the key rapporteur proposed the deputies to vote for it.

The questions addressed to the speaker related to the policy aimed at the dynamic development of the economy.

Edvard Hovhannisyan presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Offences.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Nikolay Baghdasaryan presented the endorsement of the Committee, calling on the MPs to vote for the initiative.

The bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on State Registration of the Rights towards the Property, presented by the RA Deputy Head of the RA Cadastre Committee Narine Avagyan was debated in the first reading.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the NA deputy Mikayel Melkumyan was debated in the first reading.

As the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan presented, the parliament debated in the first reading the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Accounting of the Public Sector Organizations.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Yeghishe Soghomonyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The bill on Making Addenda to the Law on State Border authored by the deputies of the NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Artur Dallakyan, Artyom Tsarukyan, Artur Grigoryan and Arman Abovyan was also debated in the first reading.

The Deputy Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Hovik Aghazaryan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.

The draft law on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government authored by the deputy Vagharshak Hakobyan.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Sergey Movsisyan presented the endorsement of the Committee. The position of the Government was also positive.

The item on Ratifying the Protocol on Joining 23 December 2014 on Exchange of Information in the Financial Sphere, Including Confidential for Creating Conditions in the Financial Markets for Ensuring the Free Move of the Capital of the Republic of Armenia was debated, presented by the RA CB Deputy Chairman Vakhtang Abrahamyan.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration Vaghrashak Hakobyan voiced the endorsement of the Committee.
