At October 20, the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Arkady Khachatryan debated in the first reading and endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA law on Bankruptcy of the Banks, Credit Organizations, Investment Companies, Governors of the Investment Fund and Insurance Companies authored by the NA deputy Mikayel Melkumyan.

The Committee members also endorsed the package of the draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the law on Involvement of Banking Deposits and the enclosed draft laws, presented for the second reading and authored by the NA deputies Artak Manukyan, Varazdat Karapetyan and Babken Tunyan.

By the authors’ proposal the debate of the draft laws on Making Addendum to the RA law on Making Amendment to the RA law on Consumer’s Crediting and on Accounting of the Public Sector Organizations authored by the NA deputy Arman Abovyan up to two months.

The Committee voted for the item on Approving the Answer of the Collective Petition submitted to the National Assembly on 24 September 2020.
