On November 2, at the joint sitting of the Standing Committees of the National Assembly the preliminary debates of the RA draft law on the RA State Budget for 2021 began.
Dear Colleagues, it is obvious that the year 2021 will be a tense for all of us, but I am confident that as a result of our joint work we will succeed to have a budget, which will take into consideration the possible risks and challenges, will generate sufficient resources in their effective neutralization and confrontation, as well will ensure the social-economic stability and security,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the principles of the elaboration of the draft law on the RA State Budget for 2021, the macro-economic indices laid on the document basis, touched upon the formation of the revenues, the expenditure policy, the necessary legislation for the budget execution and the main directions of the tax-budgetary policy.
The Chairman of the Central Bank (CB) Martin Galstyan presented the conclusion of the RA CB on the RA State Budget for 2021. Martin Galstyan related to the administrative expenditures and capital investments of the coming year of the Central Bank.
