On November 3, the National Assembly continued the work of the extraordinary sitting.

Before turning to the debate of the agenda items, the MPs with one-minute silence honoured the memory of the brave sons martyred as a consequence of the unleashed Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression on September 27.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan presented the draft law on Making Amendment to the RA law on Local Self-Government in the second reading procedure.

Recommendations were not proposed during the period from the first to the second reading.

Vache Terteryan also presented for debate in the second reading and for completely passing the bill on Making Amendment to the RA law on the Local Self-Government in the City of Yerevan. It was proposed to have four deputy Mayors of Yerevan instead of three. Proposals in written form were not made.

The member of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Matevos Asatryan voiced about the endorsement of the Committee.

At the end of the sitting the legislators by voting passed the debated items.
