On December 4, the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Administration, Agricultural and Environment moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan convened the regular sitting.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Arman Khojoyan presented to the Committee members the draft law on Amending the RA Land Code.

The Committee debated in the second reading the draft law on Making on Amendments and Addenda to the Law on State Non Commercial Organizations authored by the RA NA deputies Lilit Makunts, Heriknaz Tigranyan.

The draft laws were endorsed.

The Committee debated in the second reading and endorsed the amendments being proposed by the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Water Code presented by the Government.

The draft law on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government authored by the RA NA deputy Vagharshak Hakobyan was removed from circulation.
