At January 13 regular sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan, the package of the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments was debated in the first reading.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan presented the necessity of the draft law adoption.

The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Land Code introduced by the RA Deputy Minister of Economy was considered in the first reading.

The Committee also debated the draft law on Ratifying the Basic Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Green Climate Fund.

The RA Minister of Environment Romanos Petrosyan has noted that the Ministry led by him finds purposeful the ratification of the Agreement.

The Committee approved the debated draft laws.

The packages of the draft laws on Making Addendum to the Law on Local Self-Government, on Local Parking Pay for Automobile Transport Means, as well as the draft law on Amending the RA Land Code were debated in the second reading and endorsed.
