Conclusions of Audit Chamber on State Budget Six-Month Implementation

On February 23, the sitting of the NA Audit Sub-Committee in enlarged format was held. The NA deputies, the members of the Audit Chamber, the representatives from the RA Ministry of Economy and Emergency Situations, the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures and the specialists took part there.


The current conclusions of the Audit Chamber on the results of the audit of the state budget six-month implementation for 2020 by the mentioned ministries were included in the agenda of the sitting.


After being presented the agenda and the procedure items by the moderator of the sitting, the Chair of the Sub-Committee Yeghishe Soghomonyan the member of the Audit Chamber Karen Arustamyan made a key report. He touched upon the discrepancies and the misrepresentations on the budget execution recorded in the current conclusions published by the Audit Chamber in the order established by law, as well as the recommendations made by them.


The representatives of the ministries made reports, voiced the problems raised by the Audit Chamber during auditing and presented objections and explanations. As a result of discussions, an agreement was reached to carry out monitoring on the items subject to the settlement and the non-settled items during the period after publishing them consider ed in the current conclusions and to sum up the results.
