At April 7 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the debate of the draft law on Making Addendum to the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure authored by the NA Deputies Sergey Bagratyan and Tigran Urikhanyan was postponed by the authors’ proposals up to two months.
The debate of the bill on Amending the RA Law on State Registration of Rights to Property authored by the NA Deputies Suren Grigoryan and Arusyak Julhakyan was postponed also by the authors’ proposals up to two months.
The package of the draft laws on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Criminal Code which authored the NA Deputy Arman Babajanyan was postponed for the same period.
The debate of the legislative package in the second reading on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Refugees and Asylum authored by the Government was postponed again up to two months by the recommendation of the Head of Migration Service of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Ghazaryan. He has informed that the package has been revised after the first reading, however, still there is a need to make amendments.
The draft law on Making Addendum to the Constitutional Law on the NA Rules of Procedure was removed from the circulation by the recommendation of the deputy Sergey Bagratyan. The deputy has stated that the proposed amendment is out of date.
