At April 13 NA sitting, the Acting Head of the Civil Service Bureau of the RA Prime Minister Staff Vache Kalashyan presented for a debate the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Remuneration of Persons Holding Public Positions and Public Service Positions.

It is proposed by the bill to maintain t he basic salary of the volunteers, the persons who are in the military service by a conscription and who hold public and public service positions during the period of participation in military actions. It is recommended not to apply the provisions on the suspension of the basic salary growth or reduction of the salary stipulated by law in case of negatively evaluating the executive sheet of the civil servant taking part in military actions.

The surcharge for the State Revenue Committee investigators will be given not for the title, but for the class rank after passing the law.
