Mkhitar Hayrapetyan: In Artsakh first war we won, because the stamina of spirit played crucial role. I am convinced that the Armenians always won fighting with spirit. Here we almost don’t have an equal one. But in the victorious euphoria, unfortunately, we began not noticing that we have entered the 21st century, where next to the heroically fighting soldier, the engineer, the physicist, the diplomat and others also fight.
