The people who were authorized to negotiate over the Artsakh issue, went and agreed that they would give the lands and they came and told the people not an inch of lands. They took the negotiations into deadlock and took what they could from the army. Of course, Armenia and Artsakh have future, and that future is certainly bright and powerful and the point on which we stand, I am sure, is the point of our rebirth, the strengthening and progress of our state, our people and becoming a developed state which has its own place in the world.
