On April 16, the Parliament debated in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code.

The Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) Edvard Hovhannisyan noted that the applicability of the provisions of t he a greement on the M echanism of T raceability of G oods I mported into the C ustoms T erritory of the EEU will be ensured by the proposed amendments.

The Agreement was signed on May 29, 2019. It is envisaged to invest a mechanism of traceability with the appropriate regulations. The traceability will be implemented on the goods included in the list approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission, imported into the customs territory of the Customs Union formulated by the customs procedure on Release for Domestic Consumption.

The traceability will be implemented on the goods which were confiscated and became a state property.

The viewpoint of the Head Committee of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs presented Hayk Tsirunyan. He stated that the draft law was endorsed.
