On October 11 the group of pupils of Gavar school #1, after visiting the RA Government and the Constitutional Court, also visited the National Assembly, met representatives of structural subdivisions of the staff, get familiarized with their work.

Hranush Hakobyan, Chairwoman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Youth familiarized the pupils with the activity of the parliament, the order of adoption of laws, processes of Euro Integration, inter-parliamentary ties, then he answered the questions that they were interested in. By Mrs. Hakobyan’s estimation, it is not only desirable, but also necessary that every citizen, from school, would know, in what problems legislative, executive and judicial bodies are involved with active participation in the political, economic and cultural life of the country, with comprehension of civic duty and fight consistently against the negative phenomena and promote  the people's welfare: and that is one of the real bases of the development of democracy.
