The executive body proposes to thoroughly clarify the legislative field of the area of the activity of the joint stock companies, to regulate the relations between joint stock companies. The RA Acting Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan noted that the company can distribute (provide) shares of the company between its employees by the character or the regulation with the employee shareholding plan confirmed by the general assembly and such financial derivatives by which the final settlement of responsibilities can be implemented with shares. The Acting Company Director is also considered as an employee.
