At April 29 sitting, the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan debated in the first reading the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendment to the RA Administrative Procedure Code authored by the Government.
By the proposal of the executive body the legality of the normative legal acts will be appealed at the Court of Appeal and will be examined by 5 judges.
In his co-report the deputy Artur Davtyan highlighted the necessity of the legislative amendment.
The Government endorsed the initiative.
