At May 4 NA regular sitting, the addenda and the amendments proposing to the RA Administrative Procedure Code were debated in the first reading.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Vahe Danielyan presented the initiative authored by the Government. By the proposal of the executive body the legality of the normative legal acts will be appealed in the Court of Appeal and will be examined with five judges.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan presented the endorsement of the Committee. “The decision of the Constitutional Court is laid in the basis of the initiative, which had been made long ago. During the first reading the initiative had been studied in detail, proposals had been submitted during the working discussions,” the deputy noted and urged to vote for it.
