The parliament of the First Republic, evaluating the role of the culture in the constantly developing and changing world, made a decision to found an Ethnographic-Anthropological Museum-Library. By a special decision a real estate was separated for that purpose.
“1. An Ethnographic-Anthropological Museum-Library was founded in the capital of the Republic of Armenia:
2. The moveable and the whole real estate is handed over as a state property to the Ethnographic-Anthropological Museum-Library according to the decision of the general meeting.
3. The work of the Museum-library is handed over to the Armenian Ethnographic-Anthropological Association under the control of the Minister of Public Education and Art of the Republic of Armenia and according to a certain statute approved by him.”
