At May 21 regular sitting the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated and endorsed a number of bills.

The draft law on Making Addenda and Amendments to the law on Ensuring the Unity of Measurements was debated in the second reading. The revised draft law was endorsed.

The adoption of the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on State Duty was debated in the second reading, and the draft law was endorsed.

The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Urban Development authored by the deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Narek Ghahramanyan, Viktor Yengibaryan, Hayk Tsirunyan, Hovik Aghazaryan and Gevorg Papoyan and the enclosed legislative package was debated in the second reading and the revised version was endorsed.

The draft law on Making Amendment and Addendum to the law on Preservation and the Use of the History and Immovable Monuments of Culture presented by the deputies Nikolay Baghdasaryan, Viktor Yengibaryan and Lilit Stepanyan with the enclosed package was debated in the first reading. The goal of the preservation of the historical-cultural Monuments and e is the exclusion of heir alienation. The Committee will present an opinion of consultative character on this initiative to the parliament.

The Chairman of the RA State Property Management Committee Garik Sargsyan presented the draft law on Approving the Annual Report of for 2020 of the Programme Implementation for 2017-2020 of the State Property Privatization. The Committee approved the report.

The adoption of the draft law on Making Addend and Amendment to the law on Customs Service debated in the second reading will give an opportunity to use service dogs in the frameworks of the customs control.

The Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) Edvard Hovhannisyan presented for debate in the second reading the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan presented for debate the package of the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code and the package of the enclosed presented ones.

Arman Poghosyan presented the bill on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code and on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law CoA-266-N Law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code of 31 December 2017 and noted that proposals had not been received during the period from the first to the second reading. It is proposed to extend the term for 8 years.

The Committee also debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Tax Code in the second reading presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance.
