On May 26, the National Assembly continued the work of the regular sittings.

The NA President noted that yesterday an Armenian serviceman died from the gunshot of the Azerbaijanis, being illegally inside the border of Armenia. The deputies honoured the memory of the killed serviceman in one-minute silence.

The National Assembly by voting all the legislative initiatives debated on the previous day.

The parliament by voting passed the item of debating the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code and the package of the enclosed presented draft laws authored by the Government in a special procedure. The debate will be organized in the second reading after passing it in the first reading – within 24 hours.

The draft law on Making Addendum and Amendment to the law on State Duty and the package of the enclosed presented ones authored by the deputies Mkhitar Hayrapetyan and Anush Begloian was returned by the authors’ proposal to the phase of submitting the proposals in written form
