On June 3, the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan was held.

As the RA Acting Justice Minister Rustam Badasyan presented, the draft law on Legal Entities’ State Registration, State Accounting of Legal Entities’ Separated Sub-units, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs with the enclosed package was debated in the second reading.

According to Rustam Badasyan, as a result of the draft law adoption, the real beneficiaries’ unified register of the legal entities will be created, which will function on the basis of the real beneficiaries’ disclosure.

The NA deputy Artur Davtyan urged his colleagues to vote for the package of the draft laws.

At the Committee the draft laws on Amending the Land Code, on Making Addenda to the State Property Management, on Making Addendum to the Law on Property Alienation for Provision of Eminent Domain was debated.

The RA Deputy Justice Minister Suren Grigoryan presented the proposing amendments.

As a result of the adoption of the package of the draft laws, it is expected to more effective regulate the management of the state or community land of plots, as well as the state property.

The debated draft laws were endorsed by the Committee.
