At June 3 extraordinary sitting, the National Assembly debated in the first reading the draft law on Amending the law on Medical Aid and Service of Population, which presented the RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan. The draft law proposes to remove the demand of not carrying out pathological-anatomical autopsies in case person’s death because of coronavirus disease.

During the debate the NA Deputy Speaker Alen Simonyan has touched upon the issue of remains and relics of the servicemen disclosed at the Judicial-Medical Scientific-Practical Centre of Forensic Medicine of Abovyan City, expressing bewilderment that the deputies delivering speeches on that issue from the morning are not in the hall now, to address their questions to the Acting Minister. He proposed Anahit Avanesyan to once again touch upon the matter.

The NA Speaker Alen Simonyan assured that he would follow that those guilty would be accountable within the framework of their authorities.
