On June 30, the extraordinary session of the National Assembly was convened by the initiator’s established agenda.
The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing authored by the Government was debated in the second reading.
The key rapporteur, the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan informed that there were two proposals referring to the bill which were adopted.
The draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on the RA Central Bank authored by the Government was also debated in the second reading. The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank noted that the deputies did not present proposals.
Afterwards, the parliament, presented by the RA Acting Minister of Economy Vahan Qerobyan, debated in the second reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Public-Private Partnership with the enclosed package.
In his speech, the RA NA Deputy Artak Manukyan proposed the key rapporteurs to mention the reasons for its urgency while presenting the bill.
The draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on State Registration of Rights to the Property authored by the NA deputy Arusyak Julhakyan was debated in the second reading.
The key rapporteur Arusyak Julhakyan noted that there were proposals by the Government related to the bill which were accepted.
The presented draft laws were also debated in the Head Committees of the National Assembly and endorsed.
