Restraint Mechanism for Dishonest Entities
1 / 1

At June 30 extraordinary sorting of the National Assembly, the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Tigran Gabrielyan presented the package of draft laws on Making Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences with the enclosed ones in the first reading. According to him, the proposed amendments are the logical continuation of the package of the legislative regulations on Making Amendment and Addenda to the Law on Narcotic Drugs and Psychoactive Substances, and, in essence, one of the inseparable steps of the roadmap of the industrial hemp production, which, in future, will be a restraint mechanism in the field for dishonest entities.

Tigran Gabrielyan referred to the licensing requirements for the production, export, import or wholesale trade of industrial hemp and the set fines in cases of violating the established norms on legal circulation.
