1 / 1

On June 30, at the convened extraordinary session the National Assembly debated in the first reading the draft law on Amending the Law on Compensation of Damages Caused to the Servicemen’s Life or Health during the Defense of the Republic of Armenia authored by the deputies of the NA My Step Faction Gevorg Papoyan and Artak Manukyan.

The authors propose to reduce the amounts of the annual sum set of the stamp payment for the individual entrepreneurs and notaries.

As Gevorg Papoyan has informed that by the functioning regulation the amount of the annual payment in case of 1.2mln AMD accounting base is 18.000 AMD, and the draft law proposes to pay 18.000 AMD up to 2.4mln AMD in case of accounting base. In case of 2.4-6mln AMD accounting base it is suggested to set 24.000 AMD. In case of 6-12mln AMD accounting base 102.000 AMD is designed, the initiative proposes to set 48.000 AMD. In case of 12mln AMD and more 120.000 AMD will be set instead of 180.000 AMD.

The member of the RA NA Standing (Head) Committee Defense and Security Hayk Konjoryan presented the endorsement of the Committee. He called on his colleagues to vote for it.

The Government also welcomes the initiative: the RA Deputy Minister Arman Sargsyan voiced about it in the parliament.
