At the extraordinary sitting convened on September 14, moderated by Vahe Ghalumyan, the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Protection decided to hold parliamentary hearings on September 22, at 11:00.

The deputies, the executive power officers and the representatives of the communities will debate and express their positions on the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on the Administrative-Territorial Division of the Republic of Armenia.

Let us note that the author of the draft law related to the enlargement of the communities is the RA Government.
