At September 17 parliamentary briefings, the member of the NA Civil Contract Faction Andranik Kocharyan, touching upon the problems of Goris-Kapan road section, documented that the deployment of our border troops, the Azerbaijani forces and the Russian border guards in that section solves problems related to the security.
